Golden Eagle Summit Hotel Downtown, Nanjing (Jiangsu)

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were a fantastic size with a fantastic view of the city, quite sound-isolated, but they tended to get unbearably hot in the afternoon and late morning before cooling down naturally in the evening. The central location was a major plus for exploring the city.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very neatly done-up, spacious, clean, and had an incredible view at night, but the afternoon and late morning heat was pretty close to being unbearable. The quality of the mattress, water pressure in the shower, and access to switch off all the lights were fantastic. However, some services like car hire and laundry were not very useful if you don't speak Mandarin. The location was just perfect with restaurants and shopping malls around, but some facilities were undergoing renovations.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfy, and had a lovely bathroom. The staff were incredibly helpful, cheery, and polite. The location was perfect for exploring Nanjing with easy access to the metro station. The dining options were amazing, with a variety of Western and local specialties. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
